Every Child Deserves to Be Heard
Children’s ideas, feelings and experiences are an important part of our centre community. We create genuine opportunities for children to share their views, ask questions and contribute to decisions about their learning and environment.
Our educators listen carefully, respond respectfully and help children develop the confidence to speak up. This approach supports children to understand their rights, recognise when something does not feel right and know that trusted adults will listen and support them.
Our Ongoing Commitment
We regularly strengthen our policies and everyday practices in response to current research, regulatory requirements, and feedback from children and families. Our approach is guided by the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and the NSW Child Safe Standards. We want every family to feel informed, reassured and confident that their child’s safety and wellbeing remain at the heart of every decision we make.
